Refunds: issued to the original payment method, allow 5–7 
business days.

Return Shipping Costs: customers are responsible unless the 
item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: contact us immediately with photos 
— we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: gift cards and clearance items may be 
non-returnable, indicated on the product page.
